Just wanted to say I went through 2 other phones for my grandfather that did not work to my expectations - none of which were from you.
I just received Model C320 today and I would recommend this to everyone who needs a phone like this. It has a very loud ringer which I was looking for also has a loud volume for when you are speaking to another person on the phone. Plus it has an answering machine with big buttons for numbers which is extremely hard to find. I am very pleased and sure my grandfather who is 85 and can't hear well will also love this phone.
Thank you so much. Will definitely spread your name around and check out other products you sell. I also thought the price was very reasonable seeing everything the phone does.
