DS700 & DS800™ Features:

The DS 700 replaced with DS800 see DS800 under combination signalers. DS800 is a combination doorbell and telephone signaler.

The DS 70 is similar to the DS 800, but does not send a signal to remote receivers and is for the doorbell only. This model is best used in studio apartments and dorm rooms that will only need one light for signaling.

The new DS 800/80 Doorbell/Telephone/Intercom Signaler accomplishes three functions in one new sleek updated case. Just plug the telephone cord into a modular telephone jack. Its advanced design draws no phone line power. With the lowest ringer equivalence number on the market today (0.0) the DS 800/80 will not bog down your telephone service. The DS 800/80 flashes a light plugged into it’s outlet and the DS 800 also sends signals to other Sonic Alert remote receivers. The new DS 80 is similar to the DS800, but does not send a signal to remote receivers. This model is best in studio apartments and dorm rooms that will only need one light for signaling

They will work in homes with or without an existing doorbell or chime. The DS 800 flashes a light that is plugged into its outlet and also sends signals to Sonic Alert remote receivers.

The DS 80 also flashes a light that is plugged into its outlet but does not send a signal to remote receivers. This model is best used in studio apartments and dorm rooms that will only need one light for signaling.
