You may return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Outside of 30 days please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
Independent Living Source issues refunds on products that receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. Customers who receive a RMA number are responsible for return shipping costs on the item and the item must be received within 10 days of the RMA being issued or the return will be cancelled.
Defective items and incorrect order fulfillments are exempt from any restocking fee and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty and service level terms. A restocking fee plus original shipping charges to carrier will be applied to all other returns. Refunds will be made within 20 business days of receiving the returned item. International orders outside the United States (determined by the “ship to” address on the order) may not be returned.
All components must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging and include all manuals and materials. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion. All special order items, software, hygienic material, multimedia and book sales are final unless defective.
The return policy also applies to exchanges unless exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
