Returning an order is simple and easy to do:
  1. Make sure you're sending it back within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Please understand all returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% plus shipping fees to and from the customer. Exchanges are NOT charged a restocking fee.)

  2. Make sure you pack the unit up in its original manufacturer's box with ALL its accessories.

  3. Print this Return/Exchange Form and a copy of your receipt. Fill out the Return / Exchange Form accordingly and include any special instructions for the return or exchange. If you're looking to replace your unit with a different model please let us know which model. You must sign the Return / Exchange Form.

  4. Your order number plus 'IS' is your RMA#. For example if your order number is 10420 your RMA# will be 10420IS.

  5. Pack everything in a box and send it to:

Upon arrival please allow 3-5 Business days for your new order to ship out or credit card to be credited.
  • All orders placed and canceled or refused upon delivery will be subjected to 15% processing fee on top of our shipping costs.
  • All returns that do not follow our return procedures will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
  • Any damage to original packaging or missing interior packaging will be subject to a 15% penalty fee. (i.e. manuals, warranties, tape on the manufacturer box, interior cardboard box missing, etc.)
  • A charge will be assessed for accessories missing from the box.
  • No returns or exchanges will be made if the UPC has been removed from the box.

Software, voice amplifiers (Voista), hygienic/bathroom products are non-refundable.
